Checks for injectors?

Car: 89 IROC convert.
Engine: tpi 305
Transmission: T-5
Axle/Gears: 3.42 10 bolt
Checks for injectors?
Are there any checks I can do on my injectors to determine their condition, or should I just change them out? Car has 130K mi, and they've never been changed. Thought they might be getting a little tired by now.

check them with an ohm meter and see if the readings are close to each other.
