jus checking i have a 87 350 roller motor how can i tell if theyre to tight?

eddelbroc intake base and runners and much more
new best ET 13.5 @104.66 on stock heads
no times with new afr heads hoping for 12's on motor

YES bad things can happen, ranging from valve float, excessive cam wear or piston to vlave contact (expensive!). The only way to check them is to readjust them. I know how to do it but I am not sure I know the best way or can explain it well.

I THINK you loosen the roller rockers until you hear a slight tapping. and then tighten it a 1/2 turn I belive.
