ok well not too long ago i got my plenum and read up on porting down the egr walls in the front. so i took a picture of one almost done and the other side not done for a comparison just for you all to see.

 

i just posted this for reference for those asking what to take down and i had taken pictures back a couple weeks ago when i was porting everything. i just thought itd be nice to have.

if you wish to see more i can take more pictures of it after the front egr walls were completely ground down.

 

Try using the macro setting on the camera if you do that.

 

OK... What are the gains? If it's that much I'll do it to mine.

 

I think the gains will be directly proportional to the horsepower potential of your motor.

from what ive heard it increases throttle respsonse and maybe a couple hp but im not positive since mine is still sitting in my room. but if youd like more pictures just ask i just ported the egr walls and a little around them and i did a tiny bit on the base nothing to make a difference i wouldnt think but it looked better to me.
