Problem within

OK, i have one cylinder that isn't firing right, number six. It's causing a rough idle and chugging when it shifts into forth gear at low speeds. I have replaced the plug and plug wire, so i believe it is getting spark. When i pull the plug it is black like it's running rich or not getting spark. I can pull the plug wire off the cap with the motor running and there is no noticeable difference in idle quality. The same happens when i pull off the injector wire for the number six cylinder. Its got a new cap and rotor, new plug wires, not so old plugs, and a previously replaced ignition module. I'm thinking a bad injector? It'd have to be squirting to much fuel though, is that possible? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I can hold a long screw driver to the injectors and they all sound the same.
