The CompuCam 2032 is a smaller cam by today's standards, but its one of the largest that might still work with the stock computer programming. I dont recommend anything larger than 210 with stock programming.
I did a custom chip on a car a few years back with that cam, SuperRam intake, SLP 1 3/4" headers, and an automatic that made 295 RWHP and I forget the torque, probably something like 360. He wasnt happy and swapped to the LT4 hot cam and it made another 15-20 horsepower.
If you're using the stock heads with this cam and 1.6 rockers you'll be pushing the limits and might be hitting the valve guides. Stock heads are good to about .480 lift with the stock springs. You should change the springs anyway with a cam swap. I recommend the Manley 22410-16 springs and 23652-16 retainers. That'll get you enough clearance to run up to .520" lift.

Re: Crane powermax cam for L98?
thats a nice mild cam. should improve performance over stock L98 cam by a good 20-25whp i'd say. is enough cam to get into the 12's provided everything else is there.
if you do want to keep 1.6 rockers, get a shim kit and offset locks and those springs suggested above...good choice and it will give you extra clearance needed

Orr89Rocz, i will be prob be getting Dart iron eagle heads with that cam, and do the two together, will i still have get a shim kit and offset locks? the heads come assembled with 2.02/1.60 valves, which is beautiful, and it allows up to .520 maximum lift, so im not to worried about that.have you ever had this cam in your car(s)? if wo, how did it sound? although i dont want to put in a crazy cam, but id still like to have a cam that makes the car shake a little at idle, and has a nice lope to it..
