I'm planning a TPI 383 and I've seen how you can buy a 1000 CFM TPI plenum and intake complete with runners and everything and I also see that places like Liginfelter (however you spell it) will work your own TPI intake out to a 1000 CFM.

What I want to know is who is the best place to send my TPI intake system to have it taken to 1000 CFM for my 383???

Well, the 1000cfm really only refers to the throttle body. The "system" that you probably saw was a 1000cfm TB, ported plenum, large tube runners and an aftermarket base. All of these would be port matched. You can save yourself alot of green if you buy the pieces yourself and port match them with a die grinder and a carbide burr.
