ya baby, read it and weep all you stinky 4th genners. 13.833@99.30 at RT.66 last night. Time of the run was 9:13 PM, opponent was a 16 second 1500 pickup, the track was hookin and I was cookin DAMN im so happy i hit 13 finally. Im knocking on the door of 13.7 too. Plus take into account that my actual engine is stock, no interal mods and this was on BGF comp's too ah well, all my 3rd TPI gen brethren rejoice with me. Just thought id let u guys know this info so u can see that u dont need a ton of crap for a 3rd gen 350 TPI to run fast.

From you last run of 14.1 to this run of 13.8 what mods did you do?
What was your 60ft time?

Outstanding! I think you may even be faster with that speed. I did 13.81@98.96mph. My 60ft was 1.986. Very impressive with no mods.
That was with my old L98 motor, no times on the ZZ4 but it's much quicker

Congrats, I know how you feel. I too finally ran a 13.985 @ 96.95 MPH 1.911 60 ft. form a 14.113 @ 95.31 MPH 1.961 60 ft. on a mildly modded L98. WE ARE NOT SLOW!!!!! Especially for 3,600+ lbs.cars!!!

hey i am working on the same thing. last fall with an almost completely stock 350 i ran a 14.03/97.4 mph
i am soo close and with the mods i did this winter i will be easily into the mid 13s

Thanks for all the congrats guys. Im like on cloud nine right now. Best $4,200 i ever spent.

Heres the rundown of the time slip.
R/T: .771
60': 1.992
330: 5.738
1/8: 8.855
MPH @ 1/8: 78.54
1000: 11.557
1/4: 13.883
MPH: 99.30

As for the .030, if you consider boring the cylinders .030 over for a stock rebuild a internal mod, ok. the engine was siezed by the 2nd owner, a guy bought it off him, did a stock rebuild on the engine and then sold it to me with less then 250 miles on the engine. So its stock internals, plus 5ci. Not really a big affect on power.
