First off, its not for a FBod, its for my truck.

The stock throttle body is a rarely made third gen TB, the linkage is a little offset from the standard 85~92 TPI.

Off the shelf BBK and Holley TB's aren't suitable for my application.

Any suggestions on custom TB builders??

I'm looking for a twin 58mm unit. And Yes i do need a larger TB.

I'm not aware of any. But you might give TPIS a call... I believe they have a large machine-shop and do some custom work. Plus they specialize in 3rd gens, so they may know a lot about your TB setup.
