I just got my tpi setup working on my car, it was from a 87 350 GTA. I had TBI and went to TPI, I cant find a clip for a MAp sensor, do I have one or no? also, do I have to change knock sensors? Thanks for reading tis, i appreciate any replies. Thanks By the way, are my injectors to big for my 305?, i was todl it could take a 15% decrease in CID. Thanks again guys

 

87 has MAF, not MAP.
knock sensor should be the same.
if you have 350 injectors(22lb), on a stock 305 it is too much. i'd buy some 19lb injectors, these are what 305s came with.

 

The stock 350 injectors can be used on a 305...just lower the fuel pressure, or change the injector constant in the chip.

 

I might try the fuell pressure thing, if not can I use 305 injectors without any other mods? i am thinking of getting accel injectors. Any thoughts, good or no? Thanks guys, I appreciate your time and help

 

You should be able to get away with the 305 injectors on a 350 as long as it's not too worked. The computer will just think it's an older motor and hold em open longer, or you could just use an adjustable regulator and bump up the pressure, if need be.
