'89 350 IROC-Z stock. When first starting the engine, it charges fine at just over 13 volts. As the engine heats up, the voltage will begin to drop dimming the lights, slowing the turn signals, etc.
Any ideas what I can do?

As the engine heats up, the idle slows. I would check the alternator to see if it's charging properly.
