Help! Won't Start..89 IROC Conv.

My problem is,when i try to start the car,it will fire but then kick back.It did this late last year but just once and soon after i stored it for the winter.It has new injectors,plug wires,plugs, and oxy sensor.Is it my computer chip?Timing?
PLEASE HELP!!!

By "kick back", do you mean a backfire through the intake? Or that it just runs for a second then dies?
