Should I change my Cam??

I was think about going to a new cam for my 89 GTA with L98 but had a few questions first.

1) Is the L98 cam any good for mild mods exhaust, runners, ported plenum, 52mm TB, and such(all coming), would it be good for this app???

2) what do you think would work better Crane Compucam 2032 or Compcam 12-402-4??

I have to stay street legal as Vancouver is almost as An*l as California. Any suggestions would help just want to overall have good street performance.

Do you intake and exhaust first.

What is your new cam going to breath thru?
