Next mod - Heads or Miniram/Super Ram???

What do you guys think I would benefit more from, a set of heads or a new TPI intake? I am currently running the stock TPI intake and stock L98 cast iron heads. I was wondering since they both would cost around 1200 bucks. I don't have the money to buy them yet though. Or, should I just buy a set of high-flow runners and leave it at that, since I'm kinda tight on money right now? Mods listed in sig. Thanks.

The miniram eliminates EGR and isnt emissions legal, soif you need inspection your going to fail..the SR uses egr and you can pass inpsection.

The miniram is good if you plan to rev the engine high alot at the track..the SR is said to be good for the street and strip too.

You will have to get a new prom for the miniram and hope it works...or trial and error will give you the right prom.
The mini ram also suffers from rear intake air problems..the front runners run lean and the back run richer...Ive read this before on the other forums...but its stil a good intake for drag racing only.

So you need to decide how the car will be used and make the decisions from there.

Btw, TPIS emailed me and told me to see proper operation of the minram with an automatic, to have a 2800 or higher converter and 3.73 gears.

I forgot to add...get decent heads first to flow with your cam and exhaust...when money allows focus on the intake or vice versa..you need to build a "package" that works together.
id get everything over time then install it all in at the same time...saves tuning and prom time for every mod you do.
