Has anyone siamesed their plenum?

This may be a stupid question, but has anyone done this? I have SLP runners and was wondering if I would notice a difference from doing this. Any thoughts?

Yes, cut out the dividers in the plenum. Also you will need to enlarge them slightly (use a gasket as a template) also make sure to cut the gaskets. You could also dig into the SLP's and lower/knife edge the divider, since there's prolly a big hunk of casting flash in there. While your at it theres two huge obstructions behind the trottle body that need to be smoothed down into the floor (even with the two holes coming out of the floor). Also radius the sides, but don't go too crazy here as the wall is thin.

I think it's funny when people slap a huge throttle body or an airfoil on there car and never cut those huge restrictions out of the plenum.

A dremel with the flex shaft and the largest 'barrel' high speed cutter (sold seperatly) works excellent on cast aluminum.
