STALLING ISSUES!

Hey guys. Question for ya. I have a heavily modded 305 TPI on an 88' TA. When in gear after coming to a stop the rpms drop and sometimes drop so low that the engine stalls out. This doesn't happen at every stop, and when it doesn't want to stall, the engine goes back to idle at700-800 rpm. It sounds like a vaccum leak somewhere, doesn't it? I replaced the vaccum brake booster, so that isn't it. Please respond if any ideas.

Might be time to pull the TB apart and clean it and all the passages, clean the IAC too.
