Porting stock 48mm Tb to 52mm

A few years ago I saw an add for a guy that ported stock 48s to 52. You sent him the unit, he ported it and sent it back with a bill. He supposedly did a good job. Anyone have a good place to get this done? I have a good spare 48 I want to get done.
