car is bucking at constant rpms under load

Like the title says car is bucking in between 1500 and 2000 in every gear but fifth it seems like. I believe the timing is advanced as well i wanna say its atleast 6 degrees. Atleast thats what the previous owner said. The car is a 91 z28 305 tpi. I have a 350 that i plan on putting on there with in a year so i would like o find out what this problem is

Pull the diagnostic error codes (if there are any) and report back.

Please read the other post that I just responded to in order to learn how to pull the error (diagnostic) codes

Re: car is bucking at constant rpms under load

Maybe, its timing/TPS setting issues, I dont really know. I would do several basic things,

1) complete an idle air/ minimum RPM adjustment

2) adjust the TPS to within spec

3) set the timing to 6* ---> in doing this you must disconnect that ESC (electronic spark control) wire.

These three things are basic to a good idle, and if these are not set correctly, it can lead to drivibility issues.

Instruction on how to do the above post is found in the two articles under the Home Page here under Technical Articles:
"IAC and TPS Adjustment" and
"Adjusting the Timing on Fuel Injected '82 - '92 F-bodies"

You can not survive w/o knowing how to do this stuff.
