programming EPROM at home

Does anyone know of a cheap but effective way of programming your own EPROMS? I have a piggy back adapter and would want to program these and do not wish to burn to the factory EPROM.

You might want to look at www.moates.net for the burn1 and tunerpro rt. If you are using the flashable AT eproms, it will work. You can also read only the original eprom.
