I need help with runner install.......QUICK!!!!

I am trying to replace my intake runners, but I can't get the old ones off. I have the top of both seperated from the plenum, but I can't seem to get the bottom to seperate from the intake manifold or the gaskets. I have the gaskets pretty torn up, so I can't just bolt it all back together. Please advise me of how to get these free. Thanks

Matt

There's a bolt for each set of runners that can only be accessed from the opposite side of the car. To remove the driver's side runner, there is a bolt you must take loose at the back from the passenger side. For the passenger side runners, there is a bolt you must remove near the front from the driver's side. Then just tug on them and they should break free. Hope this helps.
