I just capped the exhuast and now the car smokes heavily out of the PCV and the breather holes on the valve covers and out of the dipstick tube when I take the dipstick out. what could be the problem.

Anyway back to the subject. What do you mean you capped the exaust? Need to be a little more specific.

BTW you probably should have posted this on the exaust forum.

Did you stop the flow of exhaust or what?

Your problem sounds like a capped exhaust.

if you mean you capped your header dump and make it go through the muffler now you may have a clogged muffler or something. just explain what you mean by capped exhaust.
