Size of these ports on the throttle body?

Engine: 5.7 vortec crate w/TPI
Transmission: 2004r
Axle/Gears: 3.42
Size of these ports on the throttle body?
Anybody happen to know what size these two vacuum ports and this heater hose port are?
The yellow and blue are vacuum, and the green is the heater hose. (But you guys already knew that.
)
