ok well when I start it and everything the idle is fine but once I touch the gas it goes to like 1500. I can open the hood and see the throttle is sticking out a little but, but I push it back against the idle stop screw and the idle goes back to normal. I was wondering if I could add another return spring thing or where could I get a new spring or how do I go about doing this. Well thanx

 

Clean and lube up your IAC and throttle blades.

yes you can buy a carburator return spring hook it onto the bottom of the throttle lever and then onto your alternator bracket
