I need to replace the valve seals on the old Bird. I don't want to pull the heads, just the springs. What would be the best type of valve seals to put on that do not require any machine work?

I got a Fel-Pro set from Advance auto, Teflon on the exhaust and Viton on the intake (also included o-rings, so I put them on as well). 10,000 miles later and no problems.
