Please help this engine is getting better of me..

TPI 5.7....Speed density....

The engine fires up ok stumble on idle but smokes very bad which smells like fuel.

Its showing Codes 15, 43....

I have changed IAC, Electronic Module, Dis Cap, Rotor arm, Leads, plugs, Temp Sensor, ECM, MAP sensor, battery, fresh fuel, fuel regulator.

I have had the injectors out they not leaking, cleaned everything whilst it was all apart...

The emmisions bits have been removed the EGR is blocked off...The SMOG pump is still in place but disconnected.

i read your other post also..... most times you cant visually inspect the diaphragm on the fuel pressure regulator.... best way to see if it is the regulator is with the motor running pull the vacuum hose off the regulator.... if gas is shooting out then its bad.... if not then its good.....

 

Hi i have had the regulator of the diaphram is fine i have also added an adjustable one for future tweeks..

code 15 is cts, replace it and see wat happens i had theres on on ebay for 9 dollars
