best heads for the money

im planing on building a 383 tuned port car.
im kind of on a budget so im pretty sure ill have to stick with cast iron heads. i need to stay emissions legal too.

dart iron eagles are good iron heads. however, im sure you could get a good set of aluminum heads used and just clean them up and rebuild them for cheap compaired to new assembled heads.

Hey U R SOFA KING... What part of DC are you from? Do you race on V street?

As far as heads go, I would say AFR 190cc (emissions legal). But if youre on a serious budget and MUST HAVE IRON HEADS, I cant help you there.
