Who makes aftermarket TPI runners?

I've finally decided not to get the rest of the super ram but to get some bigger runners and wait until I can afford a miniram and maybe better heads. So who is the best place to buy LTR's from? SLP, AS&M, TPIS, Accel? I'm not looking to spend more than $300 if that's possible.

Thanks

89 GTA 4 bolt 350, 10.4:1 Compression, Edelbrock Aluminum Heads 6085,
LT4 Hot Cam /w 1.6 full rollers (Crane), Scat Crank, SLP 1 3/4" Headers,
SLP Cold Air Intake, Crane AFPR, 48mm TB, SuperRam base manifold
(ported), ported plenum, stock runners (not for long) , 95Z #24
injectors, stock fuel rails..

I think the only runners under $300 are the SLP runners, listed for $250 on their website: www.slponline.com. The Edelbrock runners for $303 at Summit and the Accel runners are $400 ('85-88) and $470 ('89-92) depending on the year. The AS&M and TPIS runners are well in the same range too.

Cool, I'll definitely get the SLP's. How hard is it to install the larger runners? Is it a lot harder to get the bolts in? What bolts do you recommend?

It's not much harder to install them, but it helps to have a good T40 socket like the Craftsman model, which is a lot slimmer than other brands (especially the cheaper ones). The SLP runners come with new bolts, gaskets, and a tool to help install them. It's all on their webpage. I'm gonna buy the SLP's next month once I'm in the next credit card billing cycle.

I just got my SLP runners and for the price, they can't be beat. I got a set of large tube gaskets and ported the runners, I also ported and simeased the plenum to match the runners. Takes a little time, but was not very difficult. It was my first time doing something like that, so I would think that anybody could do it.

Look for a used set of AS&M runners.

I just picked up AS&M runners, fully port matched plenum and 52mm t/b for $300!!

Hey Mike, you may try to get ahold of Rich at Cruzinperformance, several months ago we did a GP on the Accel base and runners, and SR's, pricing was great...I know some guys backed out after Rich placed the order, so he may have some left.
