Distributor, coil, plugs and plug wires should do it.
In all seriousness, GM makes a brand new HEI distributor that's a direct replacement for small-cap TPI models (part number 1103952), and it only costs $160 from Dal at VanDevere Olds. Or, you can get an MSD distributor for ~$280. Accel, MSD, and Crane all make replacement coils. They and Taylor also make plug wires, although you'll want a cut-to-fit set. My Taylor 8mm Spiro-Pro wires have held up fine the past 3 years I've had coated headers on my IROC. The MSD box isn't really necessary unless you're running nitrous or a blower, IMO, and is just one more extra part that can fail.
