cam questions

i recently pulled out my peanut cam, and im installing a crane cam with the following specs:
Cam Lift .280 int .295
valve lift .420 int .443 exh
lobe ctr 107 int 117 exh
adv. duration 270 int 280 exh
.050 duration 204 int 214 exh
ADV timing btc 27, abc 63, bbc 76, atc 24
.050 timing btc -5, abc 29, bbc 44, atc -10
I was wondering if anyone was running a similar cam, and what kind of results can i expect?

86 iroc 305 tpi
A4 2.73 open
ported plenum, runners, and intake
accel 8mm wires
accel super coil
homemade ram air
MAF screens removed
Ads super chip 160 thermo
B&M shift kit
