What kind of hp from this build?

I'm changing over from TBI to TPI, what kind of HP can I expect from a 305 with:

Edelbrock TES
American Thunder Cat-back
No Cat
S/R Torquer 305 Heads
Stock TPI setup (except AFPR), speed density set up
'95 LT-1 Camshaft

I'm hoping for 250 hp net at the flywheel (20 over the G92's in '91). Is this reasonable? I already do my own tuning with the TBI, and will tune it with the TPI as well.

I'm also running a T-5 and a 3.73 gear - what 1/4 ET could I expect?

Any speculation is welcome.

250 at the flywheel sound about right. That would be about 210 at the wheels. 1/4 mile ET would be high 14's at 93 MPH or so if you can shift and at a sea level track.
