Ok. My injectors are junk. my question now is, Do I need 16 ohm injectors?
I went to fiveomotorsports and they have replacements but they are rated at 14.5 ohms.
Would I have to modify anything if I used the 14 ohm injectors. the flow rate is the same 22 lbs. My mechanic is convinced I need 16 ohm injectors.
If I do, the stock injectors are too expensive and the car will have a for sale sign on it this week! Thanks for your help once again!

 

That should be fine. They are still "high impedance" injectors.

 

five o motor sports beware... they sell rebuilts as new and charge through the nose.. they say they are new car take outs.. if they were in a new car they are used.. the 22 was only used in fords up to 2003... why were they taken out. he sends them in a baggie.. shop around.. he also ripped a friend and would not honor a return when the new injectors were all full of grease.
