Injectors Questions
Well I believe my injectors are starting to go south so I would like your opinions are what you feel are the best injectors to get.
Also, do the runners have to be removed to replace the injectors? I plan on porting my plenum over the winter and if I can remove the fuel rail to get at the injectors without having to remove the runners as well then that is a big bonus.

Cruzin' Performance
For less than the price of one stock injector, you can get your entire set cleaned, flow matched better than most aftermarket "matched sets", and have new 'O' rings and screens installed. It takes about two days in their shop to do the entire job. Ship them next day both ways, and your "new" injectors can be at your door in less than a week.
I've used them and have had very good experiences each time.

What if an injector has a low resistance? Will they repair it?

Just a few words on the injector business. Cruizin Performance is a good deal as long as you don't use the 89-92 Rochester Multec style injectors (305 and 350). They won't rebuild these injectors, I know cause I just went through the drill with them.
If your resistance is reading low on your injector(s)then your injector is toast. This is why I am replacing two of mine. The Multec style injectors are known for this problem.
Regarding replacements, I just bought 8 19lb injectors off a low mileage 91 Z28 for $50 through the classified pages on this board. When they arrived I had them tested and they are all within spec -- good deal for me cause these injectors would cost about $1200 for 8 here in Canada.

Expensive YES! THe GM dealership is insane wanting as much as they do for them. That's why I want to inquire about aftermarket.
Another question: The average resistance for my injectors was about 16.7 when cold and about 17.3 when warm...Is this high or low?

The resistance looks to be in the right range to me. The next step would be to remove the fuel rail from the engine (with the injectors still attached to the fuel rail), prime the fuel pump (turn ignition to On, but don't start the engine), then see which ones are leaking.
