well the filter blew up like a balloon and all the oil spewed out, the pressure releif valve is stuck shut, and basically to make a short story shorter, now i gotta change the oil pump, well heres what i wanna know...
1. What things do i have to disconnect and/or remove to change the pump?

2. Is there anything else related, that i should consider changing while im at it?

3. And also if anyone has any tips or tricks to make this job any easier it will be greatly appreciated

don't mess with it in the car just pull it all the way out, it will give you alot less headaches. change the rear main while your at it.

It IS possible to change the oil pump while the engine is still in the car... I have done it 2 times so far (2 diff cars ). If you need to know how, email me, and I can walk you through it! Its accually not all that hard when you have someone whos done it before explain what to do!!!
