Anybody Change Thier Injectors Lately?
I had posted this question awhile back but the search engine was down so I'll ask again......
I bought Accel Injectors 10+ years ago now and I don't remember which Lbs/Hr I bought. I thought that they were 24 maybe 26 but I think that woulda been overkill at the time????
They are all black...... there is a 25 stamped on one side.... 3038 across from the harness and a serial # D1810BA on the third side. Is there usually a Number identifying the rate stamped on these???
Now I could just say hey they're 25's and be done with it but I've searched for "25's" and haven't found any.......
Does anybody know if Summit keeps their files this long????

Holy Crap!!!!!
That's them!!!!
Somebody did a switch on me!!!!!
That's why I do all of my own work now!!!
Well now what? I tried to get a hold of Summit, but "their lines were full." Maybe there's a record of what I bought....
The page that 87SSTPI sent said that these types have a performance advantage over the pintle types...... but if that was the case why switch them.....??? Maybe they're busted...? (At least I know they're 24's)
I wonder if that's why I've had lower performance / Dyno #'s than I had expected...? I really don't wanna buy new ones, I've already broke the bank buying the heads.....
By the way.....87SSTPI your THE MAN!!!
I DIDN'T EVEN THINK TO GOOGLE IT AT 1:30AM (Just got in from the Garage....)

BTW GTA Sammy I just watched the vids of your dyno runs. You have my dream car! I will have a 1989 GTA someday! Your car really is a sweet example of a nice one.

Thanks for the kind words..... I do appreciate it!!!!
Almost everything I've learned about ThirdGens came from this site...
The people around here are great. It really is a good community!
As for the car it's not looking so pretty right now, although the lifter valley was as clean as a whistle!!!
(I like to drive hard, but preventative maintenance is a priority)
