timing Chain Options

So I did a search and only got partial answer to my question. If I am going to use my car as a daily driver with the very occasional racing what would be a good timing chain set up to consider. I have identified the following three timing chains from reputable aftermarket manufactures:

Edelbrock Part # 7801
Comp Cam Part # 2136
Comp Cam Part # 3136

My 5.0 litre as you can see has a cam that is a little torque biased. I noticed some timing chains have steel and steel crank and cam sprokets while others use iron and steel. Steel is stronger than iron, would this be a factor in general or for my application? Correct me if I am wrong but I believe these engines came with double roller chains. Is there anything to consider in this area when selecting a timing chain? I believe the Comp Cam Pt # 2136 is more for high performance racing applications. Do you have any other timing chain options to consider?
