Dont know if this is related to the cold or what. But when I start the car in the cold mornings, the speedometer doesnt work, and the car acts like its running in limp home mode. After a few minutes it runs normal (i'm guessing thats when it enters closed loop).
Any ideas?

Sounds like the open loop mode is conflicting with the VSS signal(VSS is connected to the ecm and operates the speedo)...possibly a bad computer.

I got an idea....learn a thing or two about cars. You obviously don't appreciate the help on these boards so why bother?
BTW, for all of you guys that don't know this kid he's a rich dad's boy that had his car built for him. Don't bother helping him, don't believe me, go read his other posts by "theformula." When will you just give up...oh wait...you did, you gave the car do your Dad (who bought it back) because you couldn't find anybody to buy that piece. Must be some MAJOR problems if you can't sell a blown TPI running 12.3's, roflmao. Get off the board before we ban your *** for good.
