could i benifit from runners?AS&M accel, SLP

my mods r listed below i am contemplting my next mod.i thought of ignition,(msd,crane)or runners,which would help my combo more or do i need both? my goal is mid 13's is it a MUST to get new base (edelbrock) if i get the SLP runners and port the sh*t out of them? just for ha ha's what do u think my GTA run in the 1/4? thanks ed

Go with the runners and intake and port them.
