switching cam and 1.6 rockers... need new push rods?

Im changing my 87 305 peanut cam to an 89 350 cam and installing 1.6 roller tip rocker arms... will the stock length pushrods work with this application.... also Im switching to 601 heads milled .030. thanks

Should be fine on both mods

Actually milling the heads affects pushrod length
more than the .1 you pick up in the arm.
Roller center of valve stem at mid lift is ideal, but as
long as close, no problem.
