having a problem

Ok im not getting any codes, but every now and then this happens. It really seems like it just looses all power for about a second and comes back, like you just turned the key back and then turned it back on. What all could cause this? I know that description sucks but thats the best i can explain it

Sounds like you have a bad electrical connection. Does it do this every time you drive it?? Take a fuel pressure guage if you have one and if it will reach tape it to the windshield and see if the fuel pressure drops when it dies. My Camaro did the exact same thing and it ended up being the wiring to the fuel tank became corroded and had intermittent connections there.

LOL i would have to ride around with it for probably atleast a week, it very rarely does this, I have had the car maybe a month or two and put about 4k miles on it, has probably happened about 4 or 5 times. My next off day i will get under the car and check the wiring and connections at the fuel pump though. Will try to get a fuel pressure gauge whenever i get paid

I do think it is a fuel problem though, because if it was loosing spark and still getting fuel it would backfire when it came back in right?
