I have a 355 with flat tops 6cc reliefs ,decked to .015 and a set of 53cc 601s I was thinking of putting on it with my tpi set up. Any ideas how it would respond... also the cam is comp 268h-10... I know the close lsa will make for a tough chip burn but I would be sending it out to pcm4less and theyll be doing the tune.

Just fine as long as it does not ping. Are these iron or aluminum heads that you will be using?

They are cast iron. I have a set on the shelf. Nice heads for a high compression small block.

Better get into PROM tuning. With that much compression, its gonna ping like crazy. Once it starts to ping, the ECM is gonna pull tons of timing, and then its gonna be a pig.

Yep, to much compression for iron heads. I would not try for more than 9.5 in your situation. If you tried for 10.1:1 you would need your ducks in a row. Couple of things for openers. You would need a tight quench, a real efficient cold air intake and a big radiator to make sure you don't go over 180 degrees. Vizard has a list of about 10 items needed to run high compression and I only covered three.
