TPI HT 383 possible???

Car: 1989 Chevy Camaro Iroc-Z
Engine: L98 B2L 350 TPI
Transmission: 700R4 auto
Axle/Gears: 2.77
TPI HT 383 possible???
Ive looked at he dyno number from the HT 383 crate GM sells and like the TPI set up it falls on its face at 4500, I'm curious will the HT 383 work well with the TPI setup with better runners and intake like edelbrock as well as beter FI and TB???? And if this set up has already been done please point me to a link, i been searchin my azz off trying to find someone who has already done it. Thanks
