Starter Options

So I may need to replace my Wilson gear reduction starter and I have been researching what people have been recommending for third gens here and on other sites. If you want to upgrade from the stock starter people have been using other gear reduction starters and LT1 starters which is also a gear reduction starter. To facilitate purchasing I have been identifying these starters and the parts numbers for easy ordering and comparison off the internet. So this is what I have found so far.

LT1 starters.
For these I went to internet stores and searched for starters for 1993-1997 Camaros and Firebirds. I found the following new parts not rebuilt or remanufactured:
Remy part number 96207
AC Delco part number 3361913

Other starters to consider
Hitachi PSL100
Powermaster 9100
Powermaster 9000

Does anyone have other starters to consider and their part numbers for a thirdgen?

Re: Starter Options

I'm using a mini starter from an '88-'91 corvette. I don't have a part number, but if you search ebay you can find them for as cheap as $80.

Re: Starter Options

I'm using a CSI(now called CSR) ultra-lite starter #170-100U.
