sealing a lower intake bolt

The intake bolt that is holding my intake manifold to the driver side head, right behind the thermostat housing, is leaking some oil. I am assuming that it did not get sealed properly and oil vapor climbs up the threads. Can I just take that bolt out, put some RTV sealer on the threads and bolt it back down, or do I have to loosen all of the bolts and torque them down simultaneously? I have no leaks from the intake manifold gasket and all the other bolts are fine, but this one leaks, resulting in a small pool of oil on top of the intake manifold behind the thermostat housing. Access to the bolt is easy, I just want to make sure that no harm would be done by taking off only that one bolt.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

You should be fine doing just the one bolt.
Remove it.
Clean it up really well.
Chase the threads in the head.
Put on teflon sealant.
Torque it back down.

What is the teflon sealant? Would RTV not work?
Thanks
