make it stop please

if im posting this in wrong place i appoligize.i cant seem to get code 23 to stay away, intake air temp code, so checed voltage 5 volts square coming in replaced sensor reset computer drove around to get it warmed up for ten fifteen minutes and its back pulled new sensor took both sensors inside checked resistence at room temp high heat and cool both are within spec and old one is within thirty ohms at all temp ranges, so i guess i am trying to figure out if any thing else can set this code or any other possible reasons it would keep throwing this code

Check to see if black wire shows a ground like j&a said. Code 23 says IAT is reading low temperature. The sensor will have high resistance. If ECM is not grounding the sensor, it will think the temperature is low and will react in that manor. This is why you are running poorly when at operating temperature. The wire going into the ECM connector for IAT ground is D2. It also is ground for Throttle Position Sensor and Coolant Temperature Sensor. Check at the sensor if you have a good ground. Also, since the TPS is right up front, check that for a good ground. If TPS has a good ground and the IAT doesn't, you probably have a broken wire.
