Stock 85 TPI Knock Sensor Wire color?

Stock 85 TPI Knock Sensor Wire color?
When I bought my 85 Trans am the knock sensor had been disconnected with no harness on it. I know that the wire runs to the ESC located on the driver side firewall. The color coming off the knock sensor is blue and there is a blue wire coming out of the connector at the ESC. Is it safe to assume I can just connect the two and it should work? Thanks for the input.

Yes, Dk Blue goes directly from the ESC module to the knock sensor.

Thanks for the reply. I've already patched it in but not sure if I would notice a difference or not while idling due to the car being on front jackstands(waiting for new tires to arrive).
