TPI engine build advice needed

Hi all, I am not new to building SBC engines but this is the first time I'll be using TPI and I know that means learning some new build guidlines to stay compatible with the computer controlls.

I am wanting to build a high torque engine for daily driving. No racing or anything just want a good torque motor. I am hoping for at least 325hp/375tq. As part of that I want to keep the general look of the factory TPI so the HSR is out. I currently have a 89 350 roller cam block, L98 cam, L98 iron heads, 89 TBI swirl port heads, and a 90 corvette TPI intake setup.

What do I need to do to build the engine to meet/exceed my goals? I am really tempted to build a 383. I know the TPI would choke it in the upper rpms, but this engine will never see above 4500rpm if that high. So what build suggestions do you have for me. Thanks in advance.
