Strange idle in drive?

I still have some few problems on my TPI swap. I have fixed everything about my SES light for those of you that have read my post about the SES light that stays on always..

At warm engine, when I put the gear in DRIVE and hold on the brake. The car idle's very nice about 650RPM...

If I am holding on the brake pedal and wait about 3-4 seconds the car start to die..The RPM jumps down to 300RPM and jumps to 500RPM with a lot of response on the car. You can feel it is about to stall..

But after 2-3 seconds the car idle's fine again at 650RPM...after some seconds the same process happends...All the time...

any ideas??...Someimes the car stalls completely also because of the low RPM but most of the time the engine "survives" the low RPM idle range.

I have checked for vacuum leaks and cannot find anything.
I have changed spark plugs, tps, IAC, every relay on the engine controls, o2 sensor, iat +++...As good as everything is brand new parts..

Could this be something with the fuel pressure regulator??..I don't have a fuel test gauge yet that I can check the pressure but I was just thinking of this could have something to do with it?

The ECM is throwing a code sometimes and that is code 32. I know that is on the EGR system and I have bought new every parts of the EGR system.
New EGR valve, EGR solenoid and also new vacuum hoses...

Any ideas appreciated....Thanks
