All regulators I've ever adjusted are CW to increase pressure...but, you are going to be monitoring the change with a pressure guage, right?

Yes, I have a gauge on the schrader valve on the passenger fuel rail.

Heres what might be a dumb question, but considering I have no prior experience modding an EFI car before.....at what point do I start measuring.
I am not starting the car, just trying to set initial FP with the key on only, so i can start the car after doing a head gasket job.

DO I start measuring FP when I turn the key on, or wait a few seconds for it to stabalize??
