1986 305 tpi question...input please.
An 86 tpi 305 is a ROLLER block, correct? I'm wanting to throw a cam in there and get more power, and I'm not sure which type of cam to go with (roller, etc.). Does anybody have an answer and possibly a great cam choice for me? Thanks! By the way, I'll have a new fuel injection system that will be able to rev up to the 6000 or higher range. Thanks to anyone who has any input.

Roller Blocks were introduced in 1987. Yours is a non-roller.

What was I thinking when I posted that question? I knew the answer, but I suddenly thought it was an 87, that's what.
Well, maybe this will be useful info to someone else, when they have a brain fart.
