MAF SENSOR PROBLEM
Hi i had a question i recently checked my maf sensor and noticed the little wire was broken..But at the moment i do not have the money to replace the maf sensor is iit possible to take it off and run a intake on it instead of the maf??

No, you can't do it that way. Without your maf your car will not run worth a crap. I believe the computer is supposed to go into "Limp Home Mode" when it can not read the the amount of air being taken in. How did you break the wire anyway out of curiosity? I know alot of guys are taking the screens off for what ever reason but you should leave them on to prevent just this issue. You can bypass your computer and a hello of a lot of the other **** but you'll be spending a hell of alot more than you would on your maf. Just replace it bro, most junk yards or towing outfits will have one of our cars and you can pick up the part pretty damn cheap.

I have no clue the screen was on! as i took it off to inspect it last night i noticed it was broken but the car has been running good the only reason i checked it was cause i read code 33 qnd 34.

That is definately bizarre, if it is running why worry about it. That is the first time I've ever even heard that. I remeber when mine was broken it didn't run worth a ****.
