Re: Fuel Pump Question??

I'm guessing you could throw a fuel pump for a 5.7 liter in there and that should take care of it. That's what I did to my 305 TBI. I don't know about your regulator though. I got an ACdelco pump from rockauto pretty cheap!

Re: Fuel Pump Question??

Who is ratrodzrus? Funny that their price is $45 with free shipping when reputable sellers charge about $100 for genuine Walbro pumps. Considering that Ebay is the home of hundreds of vendors that sell Asian made knock off auto parts, and knowing that Walbro pumps have been cloned by the crooks, I'd think twice before buying that pump.

Re: Fuel Pump Question??

quick question... i wired up my tpi myself... is the fuel pump supposed to run while the starter is engaged? because it isn't... the pump runs when it stops cranking (not running) and when i shut off the ignition... the engine cranked for a second the other day and then quit... seems like for good.... but now i cannot get it to crank at all. i have timed it several times, then checked for spark, and i've got fuel and spark both times... the only thing i can think of is injectors not running... someone please help!!!
